Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before browsing or making a purchase on our storefront. By accessing our platform or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. These terms incorporate standard UK consumer frameworks alongside global e-commerce best practices.

1. Legal Framework & Company Information
This website is operated by Giggle2Grow Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are a registered entity within the United Kingdom. 2. Order Eligibility and Contract Formation

Age Restriction: By submitting an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years of age.
Acceptance of Order: A legally binding contract is established only when you receive an explicit Order Shipment and Confirmation Email from us. Automated confirmation of payment receipt does not constitute final validation or acceptance of an order.

Stock and Technical Limitations: We explicitly reserve the right to cancel any order prior to fulfillment due to logistical stock discrepancies, computational pricing errors, system exploits, or sudden supply chain constraints.  In such circumstances, a full linear reversal/refund of the transacted capital will be executed immediately.

CRITICAL SAFETY NOTICE: TOYS & GAMES PRODUCT USAGE

Giggle2Grow Ltd specializes in the retail distribution of children’s toys and developmental games. Before allowing children any interaction with goods purchased from our store, parents, guardians, and supervisors must adhere to the following mandatory safety standards:

Strict Age Appropriateness: It is your sole responsibility to check the packaging, digital descriptions, and documentation for explicit age suitability indications. Products must never be provided to children outside the indicated age demographics.

Choking Hazard Warning: Many of our toys contain small structural parts, loose components, or moving elements. These pose severe choking hazards and are strictly NOT suitable for children under 36 months (3 years) or any individuals who have a tendency to place inedible objects in their mouths.

Mandatory Inspection & Supervision: All items must be fully unpacked and thoroughly inspected by an adult before child usage. Dispose of all primary plastic shrink-wrap, protective bindings, and cardboard packaging safely. Constant, active adult supervision is required during gameplay to minimize accidental injury hazards.

3. Pricing, Customs, and Payment Processing

All prices displayed on our website are definitive at the point of checkout. For domestic transactions within the United Kingdom, standard consumer taxation rates are integrated. For international dispatches outside the UK, the buyer assumes absolute liability for the settlement of any domestic customs duties, structural processing tariffs, import clearings, or local cross-border transactional surcharges imposed by the recipient nation’s regulatory bodies.

Payments are authenticated securely via verified third-party global gateways (including encrypted credit/debit networks, Stripe, or PayPal processing systems). Capital amounts are charged instantly upon order submission.

4. Returns, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

We extend a flexible return framework for customers wanting to return items. This policy operates in parallel with your structural cooling-off rights under regional consumer legislation.

A. Change of Mind / Voluntary Return Window

You have a formal window of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a voluntary return request for a refund. To guarantee processing, you must adhere strictly to the following parameters:

Mandatory Pre-Authorization: You must explicitly contact our active support desk at support@giggle2grow.com within the 30-day window to log your return application and obtain logistical return routing instructions. Returns sent back without explicit prior communication with our support team may experience tracking failures or processing denials.

Pristine, Saleable Condition: Due to hygiene and children’s safety regulations, products must be completely unused, unplayed with, and in identical brand-new saleable condition.

Original Packaging Retained: Products must remain securely housed inside their original retail packaging, with all manufacturer seals, tags, clear wraps, instruction manuals, and documentation completely intact and undamaged.

B. Return Carriage / Shipping Logistics

For all voluntary or change-of-mind returns, the full financial liability of the return shipping postage lies completely with the buyer. We highly recommend utilizing a fully insured, tracked, and signed-for carriage service. Giggle2Grow Ltd assumes zero liability for items that are lost, intercepted, or structurally compromised during transit back to our storage facility.

C. Statutory Legal Protections (Faulty Goods)

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item arrives with inherent manufacturing defects, is materially misdescribed, or fails to function in a satisfactory manner, your statutory rights take absolute precedence:

Within 30 days of physical delivery, you are legally entitled to choose between an immediate full cash refund or a pristine replacement unit.
For validated faulty returns, Giggle2Grow Ltd will fully bear, reimburse, or provide pre-paid shipping labels to cover all return carriage costs. The buyer is never financially responsible for shipping a structurally defective product back.

5. Limitation of Liability

Giggle2Grow Ltd sells items intended solely for private, domestic use. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable global and national laws, we assume no liability for indirect losses, commercial operational interruptions, loss of revenue, business opportunities, or structural business damages resulting from item failure.

Nothing in these terms restricts our liability for death, severe physical injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation directly caused by our proven negligence or deliberate willful misconduct.

6. Severability and Complete Agreement

If any single clause, sentence, or sub-section within these terms is declared illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by an authoritative court of jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be severed cleanly from the rest of the text. The remaining sections of these Terms and Conditions will continue to carry full legal validity, execution weight, and binding enforceability across all parties.
